Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Need to return, replace, or exchange an item? Please contact me below and include your order number and the reason for the request. Or, if you prefer, you can call us at 704.508.9966 for Customer Service. Please have your order number ready so that we can help you process the return as quickly as possible.

 

RETURNS

You may return your new, unused, and unworn item within 12 days of delivery for a full refund.

*Customers returning items will be required to pay for the return freight.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or item?

If you’d like to exchange your new, unused and unworn item for a different product or different size, please return the item within 14 days of delivery with original packaging. We will issue you a full refund and you can then place a new order.

*Customers requesting an exchange will be required to pay both the return freight and the freight for the new shipment.

REPLACEMENTS + WRONG ITEMS
